Shop Care Packages offer the following shipping methods for our customers:
- Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shop Care Packages charges a flat rate of $11.00 for orders that weigh 20lbs or less. Any orders weighing 21Lbs or over will be charged the shipping fee of $16.00, with Shop Care Packages covering any additional shipping costs.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with an order and tracking number. You can use this order number to track your package's status on our website and the tracking number with the carrier's website.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Shop Care Packages are not responsible for delays or mis-deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
